Presentation
The patient was happy with tooth position overall but disliked the colour mismatch between old fillings and natural enamel, and the chipped appearance of the incisal edges. They preferred a reversible or minimally invasive approach before considering porcelain.
Plan
A digital mock-up helped agree on tooth length, contour, and shade. Old composite was replaced where needed and facial surfaces were refreshed with careful layering and polishing.
Occlusion was checked in protrusive and lateral movements to reduce risk of chipping.
Outcome
The smile looked brighter and more uniform in photographs, with edges smoothed and small spaces closed visually. The patient was advised on diet habits and night-time parafunction, and review visits were scheduled to monitor polish and stain.
