1994 to now, one building at a time
The practice grew the slow way — a chair at a time, a speciality at a time, paid for out of the work rather than borrowed against it.
Kolabhagathu opened opposite the KSRTC bus station in Pathanamthitta because that is where people actually change buses — a practical decision that turned out to matter more than any amount of signage. Patients came from Ranni, Konni, Kozhencherry and Adoor because they could get here and get home in a day.
What began as general dentistry added specialities as the clinicians who could deliver them joined: orthodontics, then implantology, then endodontics and oral surgery. Each addition meant equipment bought outright and training paid for, which is why the list grew slowly and why nothing on it is outsourced.
Three decades on, the thing patients mention most is not the equipment. It is that the person who examined them is the person who treated them, and that the price they were quoted is the price they paid.

Weekend orthodontics clinic
Starting Saturday 15 June 2024, we added a dedicated half-day slot for adjustments and new aligner checks to suit working families.
Community oral-health camp
On 2–3 November 2024 we hosted a free screening camp at a local school in Pathanamthitta, with follow-up appointments offered on site.
Partnership with local physicians
Signed in December 2024: a referral pathway with nearby physicians for patients who need dental clearance before surgery or cardio care.
Then and now
The same address, a different building
The practice has been expanded twice without moving: first to add dedicated surgical and orthodontic rooms, then to rebuild sterilisation and imaging to current standards.
Staying put was deliberate. Patients who have come here for twenty years should not have to learn a new route.
