Commissioned on 14 March 2023—cone-beam imaging for precise implant and endodontic planning, with reports shared the same day when possible.

By mid-2023 we doubled preventive-care capacity so recall visits could be booked within two weeks year-round.

Launched 1 September 2022: digital scans, 3D setup, and phased aligner delivery managed entirely within the practice.

Completed 20 December 2022 after a six-week refresh—quieter seating, clearer signage, and a child-friendly corner.

From 1 February 2021, staggered appointments, HEPA filtration in clinical zones, and pre-visit screening became standard operating procedure.

Opened 10 August 2021 with two additional surgeries, reducing average wait time for routine procedures.

June 2020 focused on building trust with neighbours and local families—extended evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

By 30 September 2020 the clinical team included two dentists, a hygienist, and front-desk staff trained on unified scheduling.
